Thank you for your interest in our program!! If you would like to enroll your child in Thunder Tots Preschool, please complete the following forms and bring them to the Main Office at WNHS.
Please note: We can only take 12 preschoolers per school year, and applications are taken on a first come first save basis. All three forms and a deposit of $20 is required to hold your spot on our list.
